Greetings- I've been going to this Sports Clips since it opened a few years ago. I won't be going back. Ever. I was told to leave the store immediately this afternoon (2:30pm on June 27) because I mentioned I tested positive for COVID in mid-March. Truth is, I was hospitalized for 5 nights. I have since recovered and even donated plasma in late April. I am obviously no longer contagious or can spread anything. If I could, I wouldn't go out in public. I tried to explain, but was told this was the "store policy". I asked to see the policy in writing and was told it was the "manager's policy". After I left, I called a local barbershop in Highland Park, which is where I will be going from now on. I wish you the best. Good luck.

We are so very sorry and apologize profusely that this happened. We will revisit training with our entire staff on covid - 19. I just witnessed a mom and her kid getting told they have never been there when they clearly have been there. They should be fired.

So sorry to learn this. We stand behind our service and our products 100%. If the mom had contacted us, we would have made this right. Sometimes clients cannot be found in our computer system, and that creates a problem for our team.
